What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can check in from: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM, an early check-in is also possible from 11:30 AM, but we cannot guarantee whether the room will be clean by then, but you can put your luggage in the room. You can normally check out until 11.30 am, a late check-out for a “lazy Sunday” is possible until 4 pm at the latest, the small costs are: € 25.00 extra. If you wish a late check-out, please contact the reception.
Can I place an option on rooms?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to place an option, you can only make a reservation or check here whether a hotel room is still available.
What kind of breakfast does Hotel Heere have?
A healthy breakfast is a must to start your day full of energy. There is no shortage of responsible food at breakfast in Brasserie De Schuur. It is an extensive buffet with fresh rolls, croissants, cereals, yoghurt, various meats and cheeses, various types of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fresh orange juice.
What time can we have breakfast?
Breakfast is served buffet-style in Brasserie De Schuur from: Mon to Fri 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM & Sat to Sun 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM.
If you want to leave earlier, you can request a breakfast package. You can indicate this at the reception during check-in.
Is parking available at Hotel Heere?
As a hotel guest of Hotel Heere you can use the parking lot behind the hotel. If the parking lot is full, you can simply park in a box on the street and this is all offered to you as a free service. If you have an electric car, you can charge your car at Hotel Heere at the 2 available charging points in the car park at the rear. After 22:00 the gate closes automatically, then it is only possible to drive off.
Can I come in at night?
After you check in, you will be given 2 keys: 1 is for your hotel room door and the other is for the outside door. It is always possible to enter the building after closing time or at night with that key.
Can I charge my electric car or bicycle?
Of course you can use 1 of the 2 charging points for your electric car when you stay at Hotel Heere. In that case, the charging stations ensure that the battery of your vehicle is fully charged again during the night hours, so that you can use the full capacity again when the new day begins. Bicycles can be charged in the lockable bicycle shed.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
As in the rest of the Netherlands, smoking is not allowed in public areas. That is why the entire hotel is non-smoking, but you can of course always smoke outside or on the terrace.
Can I park and charge our bicycles safely?
You can park your bicycles dry in our lockable bicycle shed, which is open all day, but locked after 10 p.m. and there are plenty of connections where you can charge them.
Can I rent bicycles at Hotel Heere?
You can rent bicycles at the reception. Normal bicycle: €17.50, Electric bicycle: €30.00 We do ask you to reserve the bicycles at least 1 day in advance, so that they are ready for you immediately after breakfast to leave.
Are cycling and walking routes available?
We have 4 special cycling routes for you on our site that you can print out, these are also available at the reception desk. The cycling routes consist of: Hotel Heere route (45 km), Biesbosch route (60 km), Loonse- en Drunenseduinen route (65 km) and the Zuiderlijke waterlinie (62 km). You can plan your own walking routes here
What food and beverage options does Hotel Heere have?
Restaurant Timmy’s is open every day from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm, for the menu click here and Brasserie De Schuur with cozy terrace is open for: coffee with cake, lunch, drinks and dinner from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm, click here for the diner menu or click here to make a reservation.
What are the cancellation conditions at Hotel Heere?
It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival, after which you pay the entire stay. This does not apply to group reservations. Have you made a reservation with a third party, for example Booking.com, it is not possible to cancel directly with Hotel Heere, you have booked on that website and you must therefore contact Booking.com in this case to cancel your reservation or to change.
Are there lifts in Hotel Heere?
No, there are no elevators in the buildings.
Do you have air conditioning in all rooms in Hotel Heere?
No, not all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A few rooms do have air conditioning and this costs 12,50 euros extra per night. Would you like this? Please mention this when booking or contact the reception if there is still availability.
Can I log in to Netflix or Disney+ on the TV in the hotel room with my own subscription?
Yes, this is possible, but this is only possible in the Comfort Rooms, Junior Suite & Jacuzzi rooms.
What is the age limit to check in?
You must be at least 18 years old to stay overnight, this will be checked during check-in. Minor guests are only welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Can I eat gluten free and lactose free?
The nice thing about sleeping in a hotel is that it really is a pampering getaway. Breakfast is definitely part of the fun. You can order gluten-free at any time of the day. This way you can start your day well by ordering a gluten-free breakfast, with delicious bread, croissants and even tasty sweets. You also have plenty of options for dinner, discuss it with our service, they are very familiar with this.
Can I bring my pet to Hotel Heere?
It is no problem to bring your dog, he is also very welcome, even in the restaurant if the other guests are not disturbed by it. We prefer that your pet is not alone in the room for a longer period of time, and there are additional costs for cleaning.
